Description

The CONTINENTAL GRAND PRIX 5000 700c TubeType Folding Tyre is the successor to the highly acclaimed Grand Prix 4000S II. The German brand has designed a product suitable for both training and racing, on dry or wet roads.

Made up of three layers, the Grand Prix 5000 is designed to balance performance, grip and durability without compromising on comfort. For exceptional road handling, the tyre is built with Lazer Grip technology. This set of small structures on the side of the tyre provides maximum grip even when leaning on wet roads. For optimal performance, Continental has reworked its Black Chili technology. 

In terms of comfort and puncture resistance, the GP 5000 uses Active Comfort, which absorbs vibrations, and the Vectran Breaker, which is made with synthetic fibres that make your tyre highly resistant to punctures while keeping weight under control.
