Once your order is on its way, our logistics team does everything possible to get it to you as quickly as possible. We offer this fast service at a competitive price, with no hidden fees!

In practice, our logistics team processes your order within one working day, provided all items are in stock. 

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in France. 

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are €3.99 to a collection point and €4.99 for home delivery.

Delivery is free from €120 in Metropolitan France to a collection point.

Delivery is free from €200 in Metropolitan France to a home address (except for BMX bikes and Bike Frame Kits: fixed price of €19.90).

Delivery charges for Corsica are €19.90.

For deliveries to Belgium, delivery charges are €3.99 for a collection point and €5.99 for home delivery.

For deliveries to Luxembourg, delivery charges are €4.99 for a collection point and €7.99 for home delivery.

Damage during transit

As soon as you receive your order, please check that the parcel is intact and complete. If there is any visible damage, refuse to accept it.

If this is not possible, take photos of the damage and keep the box for the time being. Then, immediately contact our team via the contact form or by calling 04 51 42 04 19.
You must gather evidence of the damage as quickly as possible so as not to lose your right to claim a refund.

If you have not made a claim or contacted us, this has no impact on the statutory guarantee to which you are entitled. Evidence of your claim will help us assert our own rights with regard to the carrier or transport insurance.
