Size Guide:

Measure your chest circumference by passing the tape measure under your armpits and over the upper part of your chest.
Measure your waist circumference by placing the end of the tape measure at your navel and wrapping it around your waist, passing it behind your back whilst keeping it perfectly horizontal.
