The USWE Frame Bag (Version 2.6L) is the essential accessory for road, gravel or MTB cyclists who want to increase their carrying capacity without affecting the handling of their bike. Positioned strategically under the top tube within the front triangle, it allows you to carry dense and heavy items (tools, tyre levers, inner tube, power bank, pump) while keeping the centre of gravity low for ultra-stable handling.
Designed to handle all weather conditions, this bag uses 100% waterproof technical materials combined with waterproof zips to protect your belongings from rain, dust and spray from the front wheel. Its compact format and tapered profile ensure it remains perfectly aligned with the frame, avoiding any uncomfortable rubbing against the knees or thighs while pedalling.
Why choose the 2.6L version over the larger 3.4L version? The 2.6L (Small) version is the best choice if you ride a small frame (XS or S), a full-suspension MTB (where the shock absorber takes up space) or if your absolute priority is to maintain easy access to both your water bottles. The 3.4L version offers more space but requires a larger front triangle and often blocks one of the bottles.
Is access to my bottles guaranteed with this model? On the vast majority of medium to large road and gravel frames (M, L, XL), this compact 2.6L model leaves enough space to slide your standard bottles in and out. If your frame is very compact or has a pronounced "sloping" geometry, we recommend using side-entry bottle cages (Side-cage) to make life easier.
Is the bag's fabric rigid or flexible? The fabric has excellent structure and the sides of the bag are reinforced to prevent it from deforming or expanding under the weight of your tools. It maintains its aerodynamic, slim profile in all circumstances.
