Is it stiffer than the Tensione? Yes. The Cima uses a fully carbon sole that is stiffer than the carbon-nylon composite of the Tensione, in order to meet the demands of exacting climbers in terms of efficiency.
Isn't white too difficult to maintain on a mesh shoe? The mesh is treated to make cleaning easier. In the event of stains, a quick clean with soapy water and a soft-bristled brush is generally sufficient to keep the Salt White looking pristine.
