SRAM RED E-TAP AXS Left Lever

The SRAM Red E-Tap left brake lever AXS is an essential part of the electronic transmission system developed by the American brand. It is connected to all E-Tap components via the AXS wireless protocol, which now allows you to monitor battery status, set maintenance and update alerts, as well as modify component behaviour and customise their control. And all of this, from your smartphone, directly via the AXS app!

In many respects, it carries over the ingredients that made the mechanical Red lever a success, with a carbon ErgoBlade brake lever and a plastic gear shifter. For optimal comfort, the lever reach is adjustable. Perfectly ergonomic, this model ensures a comfortable and very reassuring grip on the hoods thanks to the ErgoFit texture.

For the rest, the Red E-Tap AXS lever introduces major innovations to make gear shifting ever more intuitive: a simple press on the left shifter moves the chain up one sprocket on the cassette, while a long press moves it up several at once. Pressing both the right and left levers changes the chain position on the chainrings.
