The SRAM Maven Base front brake is designed to meet the demands of modern mountain bikes, where speed and control are paramount. It offers extreme power to tackle the most demanding terrain with confidence. Its Stealth design and Blasted Black anodized finish give it a modern, clean look, perfectly suited to next-generation bikes.

Fitted with a rigid 4-piston 18 mm calliper, the Maven Base guarantees powerful and consistent braking thanks to excellent thermal management. DirectLink™ technology ensures smooth and instant transmission of rider input, offering precise modulation and braking consistency from the first to the last corner.

Easy to personalise, it features tool-free reach adjustment and works exclusively with Maxima mineral oil. Its calliper integrates the Bleeding Edge system, simplifying maintenance and guaranteeing consistently optimal braking. With organic pads as standard, it combines silence and control for an unmatched riding experience.
