The SRAM Code Bronze Stealth rear brake is the most powerful offered by the American manufacturer! Delivering a power gain estimated at 15% over the Guide, it is extremely useful for committed MTB riding. It can also equip an electric mountain bike perfectly, whose greater weight demands a highly effective braking system.

Made from forged aluminium, the Code calliper houses 4 pistons of 15 and 16 mm diameter, even wider than those of the Guide. Thanks to the all-new Stealth lever body design, the brake hose sits closer to the handlebar, allowing for a cleaner and more modern cockpit. The calliper is also compatible with the Bleeding Edge kit, which makes bleeding the hydraulic circuit easier.

The lever, compatible with the Matchmaker X system, features a tool-free adjustable reach and allows the contact point with the pads to be set. Above all, it is fitted with the Swing Link which helps eliminate the dead zone in braking while preserving modulation, delivering a precise, powerful yet progressive feel. It also features tool-free reach adjustment (Reach Adjust).
