Are they suitable for rigid Gravel cycling shoes?Absolutely. The knitting at the toe and heel is slightly denser to prevent direct friction against the rigid walls of Gravel or MTB shoes. The instep remains very thin so as not to create uncomfortable bulk under closure dials (Boa, buckles).

How should you wash them to preserve their elasticity over time? Machine wash at 30°C on a standard cycle along with your other cycling clothes.
