Is this jacket fully waterproof for riding hours in a downpour? The Aqua Light is first and foremost a lightweight emergency rain jacket (Packable). For deliberately riding for 4 hours in continuous heavy rain in the middle of winter, a heavier jacket from the Fiandre range (with fully taped seams) will be more suitable.
