At the heart of the shoe, Mute™ Foam, with its slow rebound, reduces slapping and vibrations for optimal pedal connection. The quick-drying microfibre upper completes this high-performance package for flat pedals.

How to take measurements:

• To choose the right size, measure your foot at the end of the day.
  - Measure the distance between the tip of the big toe and the outermost part of the heel.
• GIRO shoes run small. We recommend choosing a size up from your usual size.
