The SHIMANO XTR RD-M9100-GS 12-Speed Rear Derailleur  to medium cage is designed for 12-speed single chainring drivetrains in the XTR 9100 only, and above all for those who want ultra high-performance equipment.
 
With the Shadow RD+, this derailleur is better protected against impacts, thus offering improved durability. The angle is also optimised for a perfect chain line. A chain stabiliser Bump Stopper easily adjustable, will also allow you to gain in precision and smoothness when shifting gears. Moreover, the ground clearance is higher for extra comfort on rough terrain and the tension is lower on the small sprocket for optimum efficiency.
