The all-new rear derailleur SHIMANO XT Di2 M8250-GS 12V medium cage pushes the boundaries of MTB performance. Designed to tackle the most demanding terrain, it delivers additional weight savings when paired with the compact 9-45 tooth cassette. Featuring an all-new wireless Di2 shifting system, automatic impact recovery, a 500% gear range and 23 mm of additional ground clearance for smooth riding, the M8250 rear derailleur is built for unrelenting reliability so you are free to focus solely on the trail ahead.

Its robust construction relies on a wide-link structure, a durable aluminium plate and reinforced jockey wheels, guaranteeing longevity and reliability, even on the roughest terrain. The new cage shape helps to deflect impacts, while preserving drivetrain smoothness thanks to covered jockey wheels that prevent debris ingress.

An automatic impact recovery function allows the derailleur to return instantly to its original position after a knock, ensuring continuity of performance in the heat of the action. This innovative system protects the mechanism and limits unexpected stops mid-ride.

Finally, the integrated secure battery housed in an enclosed compartment stays perfectly in place, even on very rough terrain, while being easy to remove for charging.
