The right-hand gear shifter SHIMANO XT SL-M8100-I for 12-speed drivetrains offers fast, precise and smooth gear changes to improve bike control on the trails. Its I-SPEC EV interface allows direct mounting on a compatible brake lever and provides a wide range of adjustments to optimise cockpit ergonomics.

Thanks to RAPIDFIRE PLUS, 2-WAY RELEASE and INSTANT RELEASE technologies, gear shifts are more responsive with immediate actuation. The shifting effort is reduced by 35% compared to the SL-M8000-R model, while access to the main lever is 20% faster.

Designed for committed MTB riding, this shifter delivers excellent responsiveness and lasting comfort. Its adjustment system allows the lever position to be precisely adapted for more natural handling and optimal control on all terrains.
