ROCKSHOX REVERB Hydraulic Fluid (1 L)

RockShox Reverb Hydraulic Fluid is a synthetic hydraulic oil specially formulated for RockShox Reverb and Reverb Stealth hydraulic dropper seatposts. It can be used both to bleed the hose and handlebar remote and to service the internal cartridge.

Its seal-friendly formula reduces static friction (stiction) while ensuring firm, consistent post actuation. It is also suitable for XX hydraulic remotes, such as the one used with the Monarch XX shock.

The 1-litre bottle is intended for workshops and users who regularly service their seatpost.

When should I bleed my Reverb? A bleed is needed when the remote feels spongy, the post no longer stays fully extended or it drops under weight. Bleeding is also a regular part of the maintenance recommended by RockShox.

Can I use another fluid, such as brake fluid? No. Use only Reverb Hydraulic Fluid: brake fluid or an unsuitable mineral oil can damage the seals and impair the post’s operation.

What equipment do I need for bleeding? A RockShox Reverb bleed kit with suitable syringes and fittings is required. Follow the procedure in the service manual for your version of the post.
