REDSHIFT ShockStop City Suspended Seatpost

The REDSHIFT ShockStop City is a suspended seatpost specially developed to improve the comfort of city bikes, e-bikes and bikes used for daily commuting. Its 35 mm travel effectively absorbs shocks, vibrations and road irregularities to deliver a smoother ride. Its optimised kinematics provide an ultra-responsive suspension without compromising pedalling efficiency.

Thanks to its adjustable preload system and interchangeable springs, the suspension easily adapts to the rider's weight and riding preferences. Adjusting the firmness does not affect the available travel, ensuring consistent performance regardless of conditions. This design helps reduce fatigue while maintaining excellent bike control on rough surfaces.

Made from 6061-T6 aluminium, the ShockStop City combines robustness and durability. Its 7 mm rearward offset, compatibility with 7 mm round saddle rails and ability to support a rider weighing up to 139 kg make it a versatile solution for daily commuting and long rides. Available in multiple diameters and lengths, it fits easily on a wide range of modern bikes.
