The POWERBAR RECOVERY MAX Recovery Drink (1144g) is ideal after sport. It combines high-glycaemic carbohydrates to recharge your batteries (glycogen stores) with proteins to maintain muscle mass.

It also provides a little zinc to support immune system function, and magnesium to combat fatigue.
On the other hand, it contains no artificial flavourings, preservatives, sweeteners, stabilisers, thickeners or antioxidant vitamins. Several recent studies have shown that these may prevent your body from adapting to training.
