The PIRELLI Scorpion™ XC R tyre is a perfect combination when paired with Scorpion™ XC M at the front. The tyre features a medium-profile, medium-spaced tread to ride quickly and safely on a variety of different surfaces, from hard to soft.

For even greater performance, the XC features a cut and puncture-resistant material as well as SmartGRIP Compound. Developed and tested on race tracks around the world, this construction offers incredible grip, durability and rolling efficiency in all conditions.

The casing features reinforcement made up of a layer of nylon fabric on the sidewalls ProWALL, for puncture protection, low-pressure manoeuvrability and greater cornering stability. The tread was designed with XC World Cup racers with numerous low central knobs for better rolling efficiency accompanied by pronounced side knobs for cornering control.
