Description

The SHIMANO XTR M9200 XC 2-piston brake set is designed to deliver power, lightness and reliability to demanding cross-country riders. Elegant and sleek, the BL-M9200 lever integrates perfectly on a high-end competition MTB. Paired with the BR-M9200 calliper, it delivers balanced and progressive braking, capable of adapting to all terrain types, even the most technical.

Thanks to an ultra-lightweight construction combining a carbon lever body and a magnesium master cylinder, this system minimises weight without compromising performance. The new calliper also uses a magnesium body and heat-resistant resin pistons for consistent control even during intense braking. The low-viscosity mineral brake fluid ensures stable power whatever the conditions.

Versatile, the M9200 calliper paired with the BL-M9220 lever achieves a perfect balance between power and lightness on more demanding terrain. Furthermore, its optimised fixing system and new brake pads eliminate unwanted noise, guaranteeing silent and precise operation on every ride.
