SCOM CORSA 50 Tubeless Ready Wheelset (Center Lock)

The wheelset SCOM CORSA embodies a new generation of accessible carbon wheels, designed to offer an excellent balance between performance, reliability and weight management. Developed from Japanese Toray T700 and T800 carbon fibres, this series benefits from advanced construction inspired by the standards used by European and Asian continental teams, as well as the Chinese national team.

The rim features an optimised structure with targeted reinforcement technology at stress points, particularly around the spoke drillings. This design improves stiffness and resistance without increasing overall weight. Its aerodynamic profile, validated by CFD, delivers a low drag coefficient, promoting better efficiency at high speed. Tubeless Ready compatible, it also provides greater comfort, traction and safety on the road.

The RAW Finish / Paint-Free finish showcases the bare carbon without any added paint or unnecessary decorative layers. This technology reduces weight by 20 to 30 grams per rim while delivering a premium aesthetic that is highly regarded in the world of high-end cycling.

The aerodynamic flat spokes developed with a specialist Taiwanese manufacturer offer excellent mechanical strength thanks to a breaking load of 320 KGF. Their reinforced design also improves vibration absorption to maintain stable and precise handling on demanding surfaces. The 24 front/rear spokes in 1:1 lacing pattern optimises the balance between lateral stiffness and responsiveness.

The straight-pull hubs use a 4-pawl mechanism ensuring rapid engagement and efficient power transfer. The Center Lock system combined with through-axles enhances the overall stiffness while simplifying disc mounting.
