Description

Derived from the top-of-the-range Crossmax Pro model, the pair of MAVIC Crossmax SLS 29" Boost MTB wheelset will delight Cross-Country and Trail enthusiasts looking for a premium aluminium model worthy of carbon performance, all at an attractive price.

Very light, the new 25 mm ISM 4D rim of internal width features a Black Shield coating, combining an anodised inner layer and a matt outer layer to offer, compared to an unprotected rim, 2 times more resistance to impacts and scratches caused by the terrain. Furthermore, the hookless wall profile improves comfort, control and traction.

On the rear wheel, the Instant Drive 360 freehub ensures ultra-fast engagement, delivering unmatched responsiveness and dynamism when setting off.

The 24 double-butted bladed spokes also guarantee excellent robustness and optimal balance for the whole wheelset, as well as a perfect tubeless seal without rim tape thanks to their Fore threaded fixing.
