The CRANKBROTHERS SYNTHESIS Carbon Enduro I9 Hydra wheelset has been designed to offer an optimal balance between control, stability and efficiency, meeting the demands of enduro and aggressive trail riders. This unique system is based on a concept of front and rear wheels specifically adapted to their respective roles. The front wheel promotes grip and agility, while the rear wheel ensures rigidity and stability for better power transfer and more precise handling at high speed.

The front wheel, featuring a specific rim profile and an internal width of 31.5 mm, maximises the contact surface with the ground. Paired with Sapim CX-Ray spokes, it improves lateral compliance and absorbs vibrations, providing more comfortable handling and excellent control in tight corners or rough terrain.

The rear wheel, stiffer in design, features a reinforced carbon rim with an internal width of 29.5 mm. It is engineered to absorb heavy lateral loads during aggressive cornering and hard impacts, while optimising pedalling efficiency. The thicker Sapim CX-Sprint spokes guarantee solidity and longevity, even on the most demanding terrain.

Finally, the Industry Nine Hydra hub delivers exceptional responsiveness thanks to its near-instantaneous engagement of 0.52°, ideal for technical re-accelerations. Entirely machined in the United States, this hub combines precision, durability and a premium finish with laser-engraved logos and sealed Enduro® bearings for smooth and reliable operation.
