The CRANKBROTHERS SYNTHESIS Carbon E-BIKE wheelset has been specially designed to meet the growing demands of electric-assist MTB. Thanks to a differentiated design between the front and rear wheel, this system delivers unrivalled directional control, enhanced stability and excellent durability, essential for tackling the specific stresses of electric MTBs in trail or all-mountain use.

The front wheel, with its dedicated rim profile and 31.5 mm internal width, improves steering precision and maximises grip in corners and technical terrain. Its build with Sapim E-light spokes promotes lateral flex and reduces vibrations transmitted to the cockpit, for smoother and more comfortable riding.

The rear wheel is optimised for robustness and power transfer. It uses a carbon-reinforced rim and Sapim Strong spokes to withstand the significant loads generated by the electric assist and powerful braking. Its 31.5 mm internal width allows a better footprint on the ground, promoting traction on climbs and stability under braking.

Equipped with the new Ratchet Drive hubs, these wheels benefit from a fast 10° engagement (upgradeable to 6.6° as an option), a lightweight alloy axle and sealed bearings for maximum reliability. Finally, the black anodised finish and laser-engraved logos ensure a premium and durable aesthetic.
