CRANKBROTHERS COBALT 3 29" 15x110/12x148 mm Boost Wheelset

Ideal for riders XC demanding, in search of MTB wheels high-performing, the CRANKBROTHERS Cobalt 3 can also be used for sportive touring. They are presented here in the format 29 inches and are designed for Boost 15x110 mm front and 12x148 mm rear axles.

In its new version, the Cobalt features a wider rim at 23 mm (internal) for even more stability, grip and traction! Made from aluminium, this rim incorporates 24 spokes that do everything to guarantee the lateral stiffness and resistance of the wheel: in addition to straight pull at the hub, these spokes feature a triangular lacing pattern with Twin Pair technology, which pairs the spokes two by two. The design of the Cobalt 3 was also studied to distribute its mass as close to the hub as possible, to encourage dynamism when accelerating!
