MAXXIS REKON 29x2.40 WT Exo 3C MaxxTerra Tubeless Ready Folding Black Tyre

Inspired by the Ikon, MAXXIS Rekon tyre 29x2.40 WT Exo 3C MaxxTerra Tubeless Ready with folding bead is, like it, designed for competition Cross-Country, but it is designed for highly technical terrain requiring more grip and control. Its knobs are taller, larger and less numerous than those of the Ikon.

Featuring a flexible 60 tpi casing, this version uses the MaxxTerra triple rubber compound offering an excellent compromise, with better traction and more grip than MaxxSpeed, and better rolling efficiency than MaxxGrip.

In this Tubeless Ready version, which can be mounted with or without an inner tube, this tyre also features Exo sidewall reinforcement providing enhanced protection against abrasion and tears. Furthermore, it should be noted that the casing has been optimised for mounting on a rim with a 35 mm internal width.
