MAXXIS REKON 29x2.40 WT Exo+ 3C MaxxTerra Tubeless Ready Folding Tyre Black

Inspired by the Ikon, the MAXXIS Rekon tyre 29x2.40 WT Exo+ 3C MaxxTerra Tubeless Ready with folding bead is, like it, intended for competition Cross-Country, but it is designed for highly technical terrain requiring more grip and control. Its knobs are taller, larger, and less densely packed than those of the Ikon.

Featuring a flexible 60 tpi casing, this version uses the triple MaxxTerra rubber compound, offering an excellent compromise with better traction and more grip than MaxxSpeed, and higher rolling efficiency than MaxxGrip.

In this Tubeless Ready version, which can be fitted with or without an inner tube, this tyre also features Exo+ sidewall reinforcement, combining Silkshield and EXO technologies for a durable and lightweight result. It should also be noted that the casing has been optimised for fitting on a rim with a 35 mm internal width.
