Description

The MAXXIS Minion DHF tyre 27.5x2.30 Exo Tubeless Ready 3C with folding bead is an Enduro/Freeride model specially suited to loose and muddy terrain.

Fitted with ramped knobs minimising rolling resistance and siped knobs ensuring excellent grip, it provides perfect control in a straight line and precise corner entry. The MaxxTerra triple compound rubber blend also offers an excellent compromise with better traction and more grip than MaxxSpeed and higher efficiency than MaxxGrip.

In this Tubeless Ready version that can be fitted with or without an inner tube, the MAXXIS Minion DHF tyre also features Exo reinforcement on the sidewalls for increased protection against abrasion and tears.

Depending on trail conditions, it can be fitted front and rear, or at the front only with a DHR at the rear for greater versatility.

Maxxis ? what else ?

"very good front tire, very good grip in corners and not too difficult to take along. A little "stiff" at first, it takes a few rides for the tire to "soften". Seems a bit narrow to replace my E13 2.35s, so maybe I should have gone for a 2.5. Tubeless mounting and clamping without a hitch and without forcing."

Nickel perfect!

"Perfect grip and long life. I use it in tubeless impec!"

minion dhf

"very good tire, meets my expectations, fast wear but good grip".

Mich34 (4/5)

Maxxis dhf

"This is my 3rd dhf. Very good tire, quite steerable, quite considerate before stalling. Wet and dry, everything fits. 1200km with the previous one, no punctures or tears, and I didn't spare it... . In 2. 50 it's a cut above for grip and comfort. Pressure of 1. 6b".

Very positive initial feedback

"I mounted this tire for a rainy enduro on rocky ground and a few passages in the undergrowth with roots. I had no unpleasant surprises in terms of grip, and it lived up to my expectations. What's more, installation was easy. I'll need a little more time to judge its longevity, resistance and full capacity. Too bad it's not available in section 2. 4. ..."

Cduflos (4/5)

very good grip on tight bends

"It's a tire with very good grip in tight bends on both soft and stony ground. We'll have to wait a while to see how fast it wears, but it's much more solid than the Continental in the same range. It's a pity that this "Minion" version is a bit confusing, 5 or 6, so we're not sure which to choose... ... ..."

Good everywhere

"Excellent in many areas: braking, greasy, dry, rocky. Good handling. To be combined with the DHR at the rear. Very good mount on VAE. Not too much rolling resistance."

Jackydu15 (5/5)

A real powerhouse

"Grip and efficiency: don't hesitate to go for the MaxxTerra version. Simply the best at the front in all conditions that make you want to ride fast. Absent from my 26"" because of its weight, I find this 27.5"" version to be the best reference on 27.5"" wheels. Directional tire, like a locomotive."
