Description
The MAXXIS DISSECTOR Gen 2 tyre returns for 2025 with major improvements for optimal control, precise cornering and effective braking. Its new side knobs offer a wider surface area, guaranteeing grip and stability on hard terrain, while the split centre knobs improve traction and ground conformity.
Ideal as a front tyre for 130 to 140 mm trail MTBs or as a fast rear tyre for 150 mm and above setups, the Dissector Gen 2 excels on dry and technical terrain. The transition knobs offset towards the outside ensure smooth cornering, and it pairs perfectly with Forekaster or Rekon tyres for an optimal balance.
Available in Dual, 3C MaxxTerra or 3C MaxxGrip compounds, with EXO, EXO+ or DoubleDown casings, the tyre is Tubeless Ready and recommended for dry, hard and rocky terrain. Use a 30 to 35 mm rim for maximum performance.
