Dedicated to aggressive riders, the MAXXIS Minion DHR II wt MaxxTerra Double Down Tubeless Ready tyre with folding bead is designed for Enduro/Freeride competition on dry to loose terrain.

Completely redesigned, it offers even further improved performance whether in acceleration, cornering or braking. The large lateral knobs make it easier to initiate corners, while the denser grooved centre tread guarantees excellent control. The MaxxTerra triple compound also offers an excellent compromise with better traction and more grip than MaxxSpeed and superior rolling efficiency to MaxxGrip.

DoubleDown (DD) is a casing designed for enduro and e-MTBs. It combines two layers of lightweight 120 TPI material with a butyl insert on the sidewalls, offering excellent durability and better trail feel than a Downhill casing. Slightly lighter than a DH tyre, the DoubleDown stands out for its more responsive feel, although some riders prefer the superior cushioning of a DH casing.

Ideal at the rear, it can be combined with the DHF at the front for incredible efficiency.
