Developed and tested in collaboration with Greg Minnaar, the MAXXIS Assegai 27.5x2.50 WT Exo Dual tyre takes its name from a spear of the Zulu people of South Africa. It is therefore the perfect weapon to take on the mountains.
It features tall knobs providing great traction and good support on dry and wet, rooty or rocky terrain. The Dual Compound guarantees maximum cornering grip while reducing rolling resistance.
In this Tubeless Ready version, which can be mounted with or without an inner tube, this tyre is also equipped with Exo reinforced sidewalls. Light and resistant, this material is particularly suited to rocky trails.
