Description
The MAVIC E-DEEMAX S rear wheel is specially designed for electric mountain bikes, and equipped with unique technologies for smoother handling and guaranteed riding enjoyment.
The patented PFP (Pinch Flat Protection) technology works with rims featuring an increased contact surface between the tyre and the rim, which greatly reduces the risk of lacerations and punctures. The 30 mm rim width allows you to lower your tyre pressure to gain traction and reduce rolling resistance. The patented Fore technology includes a fully sealed upper rim bridge that eliminates the need for rim tape, making it the simplest system for fitting tubeless tyres.
ISM machining removes material from strategic points on the rims to reduce their weight without sacrificing strength, and our new Black Shield treatment protects them against scratches and abrasion. The wheel features 28 straight-pull spokes (same spoke length throughout) to ensure a strong connection between the rim and the hub. This hub is equipped with our dual-ratchet ID360 system, highly reliable, for fast engagement and efficient acceleration.
