Description
The MAVIC E-DEEMAX rear wheel has become a benchmark for e-bike riders. This E-Deemax wheel lives up to its name with numerous features and technologies identical to those of the higher-end model, but at a much more accessible price.
A brand-new rim profile has been designed for this new version. With a wider rim bed, fitting the strongest and stiffest tyres has never been easier.
The exclusive Pinch Flat Protection (PFP) technology offers a wider contact surface at the top of the sidewall and greatly reduces the risk of cuts and punctures. Thanks to PFP technology, the tyre can withstand an impact 20% stronger before being cut.
The rim is welded for greater reliability and features an internal width of 30 mm with Tubeless Ready compatibility, allowing you to use lower tyre pressure for better traction and control.
Like all E-Deemax wheels, this new option is validated in the laboratory and in the field for a maximum total weight of 180 kg.
This new generation of E-Deemax is fitted with the all-new 28-hole Infinity hub. Infinity means that only one spoke length is required for front and rear wheels, left and right, and that replacing a spoke can be done without removing the disc or the cassette. The reinforced spokes should protect against damage, but in any case, each wheel comes with 2 spare spokes.
The Instant Drive 360 freehub system fitted to the rear wheel guarantees, with its dual-ratchet mechanism, fast engagement and unmatched reliability.
