LOOK KEO BLADE CARBON CERAMIC 12 Pedals, 56 mm Axle

The LOOK Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic 12 pedals with a 56 mm axle offer the version with a wider Q-factor of the second model in the Keo Blade range. With 56 mm between the crank and the centre of the pedal, they provide a slightly wider foot stance, which can improve stability, comfort and hip-knee-ankle alignment, especially on long rides.

The Blade technology patented design, with its body and blade made of carbon, is paired with an axle Chromoly+ and ceramic bearings for smooth, lasting pedalling, at just 115 g per pedal. The ceramic bearings reduce resistance by 18% and last 4 to 6 times longer than conventional steel bearings.

The 705 mm² contact area made of stainless steel and 64 mm wide, distributes pressure evenly and ensures excellent power transfer. The blade tension of 12 strikes a good balance between retention and safety for regular training rides, and can be adjusted using interchangeable blades.

The choice between a 53 mm and a 56 mm Q-factor depends on body shape and riding position: a bike fit is recommended. Keo Grip cleats are included with the pedals.
