Description
The Kärcher RM 640N is a concentrated bike cleaner designed for use with the foam nozzle of Kärcher medium and low pressure washers, or as a refill for the natural bike cleaner in a 0.5 l spray bottle.
Born from Kärcher's eco-responsible approach, this cleaning product is made from raw materials of natural and renewable origin. Its gentle yet ultra-active formula has been specially developed to avoid damaging delicate surfaces. It is the ideal companion for thoroughly washing all types of bikes (road, MTB, gravel), including the most sophisticated electric bikes (e-MTB).
How do you dilute the concentrate for use in a manual spray bottle? To refill your 500 ml manual spray bottle: pour in 125 ml of concentrate (use the dosage graduations on the side of the bottle as a guide), then top up the rest of the bottle with clean tap water. Shake gently — your cleaner is ready to use.
Does this product pose any risk to the disc brakes or electrical components of an electric mountain bike? Absolutely none. The ultra-gentle formula of the RM 640N is neutral with respect to calliper piston seals, disc brake pads and the sealed electrical contacts of e-bike motors or batteries. It also does not alter the friction and effectiveness of the brake discs during subsequent rides.
Do you need to leave the product on for a long time before rinsing? For maximum effectiveness, spray the diluted product evenly over your entire bike, leave the active formula to work for 3 to 5 minutes to loosen the dirt, lightly scrub heavily soiled areas (with a brush or soft cloth), then rinse thoroughly at low or medium pressure. Do not allow the product to dry directly on the bike in the sun.
