The Eco!Booster 145 model is exclusively calibrated for the performance of the K 5 series. Using it on a K 4 would significantly reduce the working pressure, while fitting it to a K 7 could risk overheating the machine's pump.
Does this accessory replace the rotary nozzle (turbo nozzle)? The Eco!Booster does not replace the rotary nozzle, as their actions are different. The rotary nozzle delivers a very aggressive rotating pencil jet, perfect for stripping natural stone slabs or heavily soiled concrete, but which can damage wood or composite. The Eco!Booster, on the other hand, offers an extremely effective, very wide clean that is completely safe for fragile materials.
How do you use the removable rinsing nozzle? It is a clever mechanical system: you can remove the diffuser tip at the end by simply pressing the side buttons. This allows you to use the direct unpressurised jet to easily push loosened dirt or foam towards the drains, without having to dismantle the entire lance.
