The USWE Ultraflask 500ml is a premium soft flask designed for demanding endurance athletes. Ultra-light and compact, it fits perfectly into the front pockets of trail packs or the brand's harnesses. Its flexible TPU construction allows the flask to compress as you drink, completely eliminating the annoying sloshing of water and giving you an at-a-glance indication of the remaining volume.

This version stands out thanks to the integration of a removable and adjustable straw, allowing you to drink without having to take the flask out of its compartment or lower your head excessively during effort. It is topped with the Phaser™ valve, a high-flow mouthpiece that opens with a simple bite (self-sealing) to deliver maximum flow while guaranteeing zero leaks, even during the most sudden movements.

Can the straw be cut if it is too long for my pack? Yes, absolutely. The flexible plastic straw can easily be shortened using a clean pair of scissors to fit precisely to the height of the pockets in your backpack or hydration vest. Simply remove the valve, cut the tube to the desired length and reattach the Phaser valve.

Can the flask be used without the straw? Yes, the flask is versatile. If you prefer a classic, more compact setup (for example to slide it into a hydration belt), you can detach the straw and attach the Phaser valve directly to the screw-top cap of the flask.

How do I effectively clean the flask and straw after using an isotonic drink? We recommend rinsing it with lukewarm water immediately after your ride. For the straw, using a small thin tube brush is ideal for removing sugar residue. Leave it to dry completely upside down, in a dry place away from direct light, to prevent mould from developing. A useful tip is to store your clean, dry flasks in the freezer to prevent any bacterial growth between uses.
