Used in the XC World Cup by some of the best riders in the discipline, notably David Valero (world top 10), the HUTCHINSON Skeleton Racing Lab 29x2.30 tyre is an ultra-high-performance model designed exclusively for competitive Cross-Country on dry terrain.

Even more extreme than the Python 2, the Skeleton will delight riders hungry for rolling efficiency and responsiveness, thanks to a 53 mm section offering increased deformation and lateral support conducive to aggressive and committed riding. Its tread pattern has been engineered to deliver optimal rolling efficiency, always in contact with the ground, while the progressive intermediate and side knobs provide security and come into their own on wide rims.

Built around an ultra-supple and lightweight 66 TPI casing, the Skeleton uses the RaceRipost XC rubber compound blend dedicated to pure performance, with a hard compound in the centre for high rolling efficiency and a softer compound on the sides for good grip.
In this version, it also features the bead-to-bead Hardskin reinforcement, providing highly effective protection against cuts, tears, punctures and heavy impacts.

The Skeleton is ideal as both a front and rear tyre.
