Description

Designed for cyclists who enjoy indoor training on rollers, the ELITE Quick Motion home trainer allows you to stay in shape when the weather doesn't permit riding outdoors.

This home trainer features an adjustable magnetic resistance brake with three levels, and has three rollers whose parabolic shape helps the cyclist maintain balance and always stay centred. Its highly modular structure allows you to adjust its length to match the bike being used (Road, MTB, fixie, Track), and proves very compact once folded, for easy transport and very unobtrusive storage.

Featuring an oscillating structure that absorbs the inertia produced by body movements during effort, it ultimately delivers sensations close to those truly felt on the road.

Elite Quick motion

"Rollers that do the job when you don't have time to get out and ride, to do specific and when the weather's not up to it. The optional sensor brings a touch more variety to diversify workouts via the ELITE app."

Élite Quick Motion

"Excellent product, requires a progressive grip ( don't hesitate to put a chair next to you at the beginning to hold on ) but once mastered, you find real road sensations ."

Home trainer

"Top notch. Just the balance to find at first but then it rolls. It makes the movement much more natural."

Very practical

"I've been using this HT for 6 months now, for one session a week, and it's a super-effective workout in a minimum of time. Confusing on the first try, you get the hang of it very quickly and the sessions are much more enjoyable than on the fixed HTs used with the club. Grip, position, pedal stroke, it's all there! Used on the 3rd level of hardness, you can warm up gently on the lower gears, and work harder and harder as you go down the sprockets. I've never had to use the plate until now. On a practical level, I use it in the bedroom, between a wall (and next to the window + fan!!) and the bed. This configuration allows you to get on the bike and clip on the pedals while leaning on the wall; if you lose your balance (occasionally, especially at the beginning), the wall on one side allows you to catch yourself, and the bed on the other side allows you to unclip and put your foot down without wallowing on the floor (bike height + HT and car chocks on the tiles = guaranteed bowl). All you have to do is slide it under the bed once the session's over! Little bonus: I have the impression that it wears the rear wheel less "squarely" than fixed HTs... ..."
