Description

Designed for frames using a ZS (Zero Stack) standard, this WOLF TOOTH PREMIUM 1"1/8 ZS44 upper headset cup with 6 mm Stack combines lightness, precision and durability. Precisely machined from 6061 aerospace-grade aluminium, it offers a flawless fit while keeping weight to a minimum. Its high-end design is intended for riders seeking smooth operation and excellent reliability.

The system integrates a sealed stainless steel Enduro bearing with a lifetime warranty, as well as advanced protection against water ingress thanks to an O-ring around the steerer and a moulded upper seal effectively protecting the bearing. This triple protection improves the longevity of the headset, even in demanding conditions.

Made in the USA, this upper cup comes with an ultralight cap integrating a spacer, an aluminium bolt and a star nut for aluminium or steel steerer tubes. Compatible with ZS44/28.6 frames and featuring a 36° x 45° contact angle, it is a premium solution for a precise and durable installation.
