The GRIPGRAB WINDBREAKING THERMAL Long-Sleeve Base Layer Black is designed for long winter rides in cold, windy weather. It lets you wear fewer layers, for example by leaving out a gilet or windproof jacket, and protects against getting cold on descents and early-morning starts.
The warp-knit Arrowind™ front panel forms a flexible barrier that blocks up to 80% of the air particles responsible for wind chill. The remaining 20% help perspiration dry: it is therefore wind-resistant, but not completely windproof.
The highly stretchy back fabric wicks perspiration away from the skin. Its seamless construction and exceptionally soft feel reduce irritation, while the permanent Polygiene® treatment reduces odours so it needs washing less often. An excellent companion for winter rides when wind is the main challenge.
