Designed on the rocky and technical trails of Tuscany, the FORMULA Selva V is the culmination of decades of engineering and field experimentation. Thanks to its new low-friction air spring design, its lightened chassis and its proven damper, the Selva V delivers a riding experience of rare fluidity.
At the heart of this fork lies the all-new V Air Spring. Its floating piston design significantly reduces internal friction, ensuring a smooth and consistent feel throughout the travel. A single air valve manages both the positive and negative chambers, simplifying adjustment. Its concentric bypass valve automatically balances pressure between the chambers, eliminating friction caused by traditional seals. The result: instant response and consistent comfort, even on the most demanding terrain.
The refined chassis of the Selva V improves steering precision without sacrificing comfort. The redesigned lowers, combined with 35 mm stanchions, ensure a perfect balance between stiffness and suppleness. This design reduces rider fatigue and allows you to ride faster, for longer. The integration of a discreet mudguard adds a practical and aesthetic touch.
The damper, unchanged from the previous generation, remains a benchmark. Its internal bladder design delivers ultra-sensitive response, consistent hold and proven reliability. At Formula, every evolution is driven by performance, never by trends.
Finally, the IFT (Internal Floating Technology) technology remains at the heart of the Selva V. By allowing the air and damping cartridges to move independently of the chassis via internal pivot joints, it reduces friction and mechanical stress.
