The FIZIK VENTO POWERSTRAP AEROWEAVE are high-performance road shoes designed for demanding cyclists seeking lightweight performance and ventilation. Their second-generation Aeroweave upper combines nylon fibres with thermoplastic polymer filaments to achieve an extremely breathable mesh structure, while retaining the support and robustness essential in competition. This model is the lightest and most ventilated in the Vento range.
The Powerstrap closure system effectively wraps around the foot thanks to two wide independent straps. The instep and midfoot benefit from separate adjustment, allowing precise fit and personalised compression. Lightened and reinforced, these straps provide excellent support throughout the effort without compromising comfort.
The R3 sole in carbon offers a stiffness index of 10 for maximum power transfer. Its two wide air intakes and internal channels promote continuous ventilation underfoot, while the optimised cleat positioning improves pedalling efficiency and reduces knee compression, particularly in the most committed aerodynamic positions.
