ERGON SR SPORT GEL S/M Women's Saddle CrMo Rails

The ERGON SR Sport Gel saddle for women's is a comfortable model offered by the German brand, suitable for e-MTB touring. It is offered here in size S/M, suitable for riders whose sit bone width is between 9 and 12 cm.

The ergonomics engineers at the German brand took into account the feedback often expressed by female mountain bikers to design a saddle adapted to their anatomy and the typical riding position used on electric bikes.

To reduce pressure on the genital area, which is the primary cause of discomfort on the bike for women, this saddle is widely open in the centre to relieve the most sensitive areas. The fairly wide nose describes a large V shape from the rear of the saddle, offering a wide support area around this opening. It is also more raised at the rear for greater stability on climbs.

This saddle stands out with its central decompression channel, hollowed out and perforated to maximally relieve the perineal area by transferring loads to the sit bones and pubic arch. Above all, it uses soft and comfortable orthopaedic foam padding combined with gel inserts to reduce vibrations. 

In this Sport version, the SR saddle is built around a nylon shell mounted on robust cromo rails. It is also covered with a microfibre coating.
