ENVE M5 PRO Front Rim 29" 29mm

The ENVE M5 Pro Front Rim represents the perfect balance between light weight, power transfer and durability for cross-country racing. True to its performance heritage, it adopts an uncompromising design, hence its "Pro" designation. 

The result of a 4-year development project, the M5 Pro was developed in collaboration with professional athletes to push the limits of speed and endurance. Its unique design, featuring a shallow rim profile, improves manoeuvrability and reduces rider fatigue. The new carbon construction increases rim compliance by 25%, allowing it to absorb vibrations and repeated impacts more effectively.

To meet the demands of modern cross-country tyres, the M5 Pro adopts an internal width of 29 mm at the front and 27 mm at the rear. This design provides better tyre retention while optimising stability and ride comfort. Despite these increased dimensions, ENVE has achieved the feat of offering a rim that is wider, shallower and lighter than the previous generation.

Finally, the M5 Pro features the patented Wide Hookless Bead technology, which reduces the risk of tyre pinching by 23% and improves impact resistance. The rear rim, meanwhile, benefits from a thicker sidewall to limit punctures, ensuring exceptional durability on the most demanding XC courses.
