The E.THIRTEEN SIDEKICK Rear Hub stands out for its innovative design dedicated to Trail, All-Mountain, Enduro and E-MTB riding. Thanks to its magnetic pawl mechanism, this rear hub effectively reduces the phenomenon of pedal kickback, thereby improving riding fluidity and suspension performance on technical terrain. Its near-silent operation also provides superior riding comfort during descents and freewheeling phases.

The Sidekick 2.0 system integrates a drivetrain decoupling technology during freewheeling. This design promotes better suspension sensitivity over small impacts and improves traction on rough sections. The hub also features a tool-free adjustable deadband setting with three available positions: 9°, 13° and 18°, allowing the bike's behaviour to be adapted to the terrain or riding style.
