The welded aluminium rim of the XR 1700 benefits from a modern design that is highly resistant to everyday use. Above all, it is Tubeless Ready compatible and widened to 25 mm (internal) to accommodate higher-volume tyres, thereby promoting comfort and traction without compromising stiffness.
Thanks to DT Pro Lock nipples, reliability is enhanced, while at the spoke head level, the Pro Head system further strengthens the assembly by balancing the stress between the spokes and the rim.
Lightweight, the hub DT350 of the XR 1700 Spline wheel integrates the DT ratchet freehub system with 36 points of engagement, whose responsiveness and level of performance are widely recognised.
