DT SWISS XMC 1200 SPLINE 30 mm 27.5" Ratchet EXP 54 12x148 mm Rear Wheel

The DT SWISS XMC 1200 SPLINE in rear wheel version with Ratchet EXP 54 has been designed for mountain bikers seeking the optimal balance between light weight, performance and reliability. This wheel incorporates the most advanced technologies from the XMC range while benefiting from the lightweight freehub system developed by DT Swiss.

The rear carbon rim features a differentiated design to provide greater strength on the most stressed wheel of the bike. Thanks to the PURE CARBON maximum carbon layer compression process, it delivers excellent resistance while maintaining a low weight, ideal for long rides and technical terrain.

The DT Swiss 180 hub features the Ratchet EXP 54 technology, renowned for its mechanical simplicity and light weight. With 54 points of engagement, it delivers fast, efficient pick-up while keeping overall weight to a minimum. This architecture also contributes to smooth operation and system reliability.

The 30 mm internal width rim allows today's All Mountain tyres to be used to their full potential. The Hookless Tubeless TSS interface improves tyre retention and promotes better traction through lower running pressures.

The build is completed by 28 DT Revolite® T-Head spokes paired with DT ProLock Squorx ProHead aluminium nipples. This assembly helps deliver a responsive, precise and durable wheel, suited to demanding rides and long days in the mountains.
