This wheel integrates the DT Swiss 350 hub equipped with the Ratchet DEG 72 system, ensuring rapid power transfer thanks to its 72 points of engagement. This technology improves re-acceleration and delivers more direct acceleration in technical and rough sections. The DT Swiss DF technology reduces the kick-back effect by releasing chain tension directly into the freehub. This lightweight and adjustable system improves descending behaviour with smoother and more natural handling.

The spoke build using DT Competition Race Straightpull spokes contributes to the overall stiffness while maintaining a good level of comfort and control on rough terrain.

Compatible with modern MTB disciplines, the XM 1700 SPLINE is also approved for E-Bikes up to 250 W and 32 km/h. Its Center Lock interface simplifies disc mounting and its Boost format ensures excellent handling precision.
