Practical and compact with its 90 cm chain length, this Evolution Series 4 1090 lock by KRYPTONITE — a true reference in the field — features a chain with 10 mm thick six-sided manganese steel links, a reinforced oval crossbar and a drill-resistant cylinder. Covered with a nylon sleeve, it comes with 3 keys, one of which is equipped with LED lighting to make it easier to open in the dark.

Solid, practical chain
"Good article for protecting your mountain bike from covetousness. The chain offers more modularity and flexibility than the "U", the ideal being to combine the 2 to secure your bike. This model is just the right length for every configuration. Shorter would be less practical, longer too bulky and heavy. It still weighs around 2.5kg, but that's the weight of quality. The finish is excellent, and the textile-sheathed parts along the length and rubberized ends protect the frame's paintwork. The only downside is that you have to insert the key into the lock to lock it, and sometimes it sticks a little, especially if the key is on a keyring, and gets slightly in the way... Let's hope that with this model my mountain bike won't be stolen, like the previous ones... ..."
