"Cette chaine est une chaine 8 vitesses. Je ne peux pas juger de la qualité, je ne l'ai pas encore installée. par contre, le harcélement par mail pour avoir un avis m'a motivé a laisser cet avis, 3 semaines l'achat. Certainement quelque chose a revoir dans la strategie de communication. Si je n'ai pas répondu dans la semaine, soit j'ai été clément pour ne pas descendre un produit décevant, soit je ne l'ai pas encore utilisé, dans les deux cas, rien de valorisant pour le vendeur, ni d'utile pour les autres potentiels acheteurs. Malgré le 1 etoile, ce produit pourrait etre de qualité, ici c'est la strategie de communiction que je note."
